After years of saying I would start being more consistent on YouTube; I made the decision this year to just go for it. I have been doing ‘Daily Fit Checks on my Instagram and YouTube and they have gone down very well. So I have decided to pick my favourites and add them onto the blog too as I understand that I reach a different audience on each platform.
