I have so much I want to share with you all over the next few weeks and this is one of them! For those of you who have supported me on my blogging journey, you would know that I am by no means a stranger to posing in my underwear.
With technology advancing rapidly, it is important to stay on top of the latest developments. This means knowing how to use all of these new tools to your business’s advantage for marketing purposes. As we end 2021 and head into a new year, chances are you’re already planning your weight and fitness goals among other things. Now, before you rush off to check out the latest weight loss diet or exercise equipment, it’s important to note that you can probably get in better shape without those two things.
Nothing makes me feel sexier than clothing that shows off and extenuates my curves. I am by no means super curvy but I am also not stick thin either and I love the body I have now. I have been working out for a number of months to achieve a sexy, toned and tight booty and more toned legs and hips and things are finally paying off.
For most people on approach to their 40s, the biggest concern is minimising those grey hairs. But heading into your 40s and beyond means, you’ve got to put your health under the microscope. I am totally under no illusions that this type of living is the norm for millions of people. I for one know exactly what it’s like to dine in 5 star restaurants and to hang out in hotels and spas that many would dream of. (Not bad for a woman from Peckham!) However, since I ended my magazine in 2018, and the pandemic dropped kicked me to the ground in 2020 (like it did for so many people!) I haven’t really dined out anywhere special. It is always natural that you will face challenges and get stressed, overwhelmed, and develop strong but unstable emotions. This is usually common after traumatic events where you develop strong emotions and lingering reactions such as disbelief, difficulty in sleeping, chronic problems and feelings of shock and frustration. The essential thing is dealing with your condition and managing stress in such circumstances.
I can’t lie guys, as much as I love collaborations, I am not really one to shoot the bulk of my content indoors. This is great in summer months but when it comes to winter, it gets that more challenging. So when I was contacted by wholesaleshopping.co.uk to style their faux leather cargo pants in three ways, I was initially going to decline because it meant I would have to venture outside. (I know right!) but when it comes to my content, it’s really important that I put out the best that I can so whilst out shopping I stopped and thanks to my personal photographer (Thanks mum) I was able to capture a few shots of this look.
If you are lacking in motivation and in need of some inspiration to get started on your summer body in these cold winter months, whether you’re working out at home, in the gym or in the park alone, or with a friend, here are 8 reasons that will help to get you moving and keep you moving.
Nothing beats the combination of black and white. Honestly, tell me a better combo! Can you ever lose when wearing this colour and this shade together. I always feel dressed up when I combine the two and this shoot was no exception. Continuing with the trend of wearing what was already in my closet, I realised I hadn’t shot this blazer that I hadn’t actually worn it out before so it made sense to create a look with it.
