Hey guys, you wouldn’t guess what?? Your girl has Covid19 and I have been battling it for nearly two weeks. The worst thing about this was the fact that prior to becoming unwell, I had just successfully ventured back into my morning exercise and was really ready to begin toning up and sculpting my body. (Because summer bodies are made in the Autumn/Winter period!) So you can imagine; I am feeling pretty crappy that I haven’t been able to get up and exercise for quite a while now. What’s worse; and believe me, it can get much worse.
Being physically active is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. However, it can be tricky to remain active as you grow older. You accumulate more responsibilities, either at work or in your everyday life and, as a result, you find yourself running out of time.
Consistency is the ultimate game-changer when it comes to an effective workout routine. However, those normal gym routines can often get a little tedious, which can often make it harder to stay motivated or find yourself plateauing with your progress.
Exercising has always been a significant part of life, but it’s been made more important by the arrival of Covid-19. While gyms and indoor spaces appear to be opening up, there’s no telling if another wave of the virus will land us in lockdown again.
If that happens, you need a space you can use to stay in shape. With the spring and summer seasons approaching, it’s more motivating to do it outside rather than in a stale, stuffy box room. However, curating an outdoor workout area isn’t a piece of cake if you haven’t done it before.
Guys, you know I’m always honest with you all. I may look trim in my pictures but currently, I’m unfit!. So I decided a few weeks ago to fix that.
