It’s been a while since I was gifted the opportunity to review a restaurant but the foodie in me knew that when the time came, I wouldn’t be dissatisfied and I can honestly say that the food at The Cow, situated two minutes from Stratford Tube station, was in fact excellent; from the starter, right through to the main course and dessert, the food tasted great and was without some of the best pub food I’ve ever sampled.

Last week I took a week off work and I really needed it to be a good week. My last annual leave break was plagued with period pains and migraines and after what has been a stressful few months, I had high hopes for the week. You’ll be happy to hear guys that my week was AMAZING. I worked on my brands and got more clear on my direction, I spent time working from my unit at Peckham Levels for three days and I also was able to take time out to catch up with some of my life long friends.
