I’ve always been a fan of video gaming, so when I was invited to review Boomlab with six of my friends, I knew it was going to be fun and it absolutely delivered.
Boomlab is a real-life, interactive gaming experience in London that blends physical movement, fast reactions, strategy, and communication. It’s immersive, high-energy, and completely different from your usual day out.
The Game Rooms
We took part in six different game rooms, each bringing something totally unique:
- Blue Blur
- Pink Panic
- Red Reflex
- Yellow Yell
- Orange Outrun
- Solara
Each room tested a different skill, speed, focus, stamina, reactions, and most importantly, teamwork. No two rooms were the same, which kept the experience exciting from start to finish.
What really stood out was how much communication mattered. Doing well wasn’t about individual performance; it was about how well we worked together.
The Colour-Exploding Finale
We finished the experience with a colour-exploding blast, and it was honestly the perfect way to end the session.
High-energy, fun, and full of laughter, it brought everything together and left us on such a high. A brilliant finale that everyone enjoyed.
