Let me say this clearly:
I am delusional about my future and I’m not embarrassed about it. Not in the reckless, disconnected-from-reality way. But in the I believe in myself so deeply that I refuse to shrink way.
I’m in a season where I don’t have time for distractions, doubts, or diluted energy.
Not because I’m cold but because I’m committed. Committed to my vision. Committed to my growth. Committed to becoming everything I know I’m capable of. And yes that means being a little delulu.
Delulu Is Just Faith Without Apology
People love to call belief “delusion” when it hasn’t materialised yet. But every successful person you admire believed in something before it made sense.
They saw themselves there long before anyone else did.
Being delulu, to me, means:
- Backing yourself before the results arrive
- Acting in alignment with the woman you’re becoming
- Refusing to wait for permission or validation
It’s not arrogance.
It’s self-trust.
I’m Not Anti-People, I’m Pro-Me
This phase of my life is quiet on purpose.
I’m not everywhere.
I’m not explaining myself.
I’m not entertaining opinions that don’t pay my bills or fuel my purpose.
Right now, my focus is:
- My brand
- My influence
- My coaching
- My impact
- My future
That doesn’t mean I don’t love people.
It means I love my vision enough to protect it.
Some seasons are for socialising.
Some seasons are for building.
This one is for building.
Feeding the Mind Is Non-Negotiable
When you’re being delulu about your dreams, you have to guard your inputs.
I listen to things that expand me.
I read things that challenge me.
I repeat words that remind me who I am.
That looks like:
- Motivational videos when doubt creeps in
- Podcasts that remind me what’s possible
- Personal development books stacked higher than my excuses
- Affirmations spoken out loud, not whispered
- Manifestation audios on repeat
- Speaking life over my goals, even when they feel far away
And if you’re religious, pray.
Not passive prayers.
Bold ones.
Ask for clarity.
Ask for discipline.
Ask for courage.
Faith isn’t sitting still.
Faith moves.
Do Something Every Day That Your Future Self Would Thank You For
This is the part people skip.
Being delulu doesn’t mean waiting for magic.
It means showing up daily, even when motivation dips.
Every day, I ask myself:
“What can I do today that moves me closer?”
Some days it’s big.
Some days it’s small.
But it’s something.
Because consistency is louder than confidence.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight.
You just need to honour your dreams daily.
Be Unapologetic About Wanting More
Wanting more doesn’t make you ungrateful.
Believing in yourself doesn’t make you delusional.
Choosing yourself doesn’t make you selfish.
It makes you intentional.
If you feel called to go all in — go.
If you feel misunderstood — keep going.
If people don’t get it — they’re not meant to.
You’re allowed to believe in your vision even if no one claps yet.
Especially then.
Final Thought
I’m being delulu in 2026 because realism never built anything remarkable.
I’m choosing devotion over distraction.
Focus over familiarity.
Faith over fear.
And if that makes me delusional?
Good.
Because I’d rather be delulu and becoming
than realistic and stuck.
Love always,
Sasha xx ✨
