The Positive Day Planner

Guys they say it takes 21 days for an activity or action you complete over this period to become a habit and a part of daily life. Having committed to a number of things for 21 days and then forgetting about them a few days later ( I know I am not the only one!) I can’t really say that this has always been true for me. However, of late I have really sacrificed my self care as I work on rebranding who I am as a coach and defining my brand Women Who Slay.
