Can you believe that I initially hadn’t planned to shoot anything in Malta. I was going to use it as a means to relax and reconnect with my mum. I booked the short trip as a gift for her birthday and wanted it to be as leisurely as possible. However, my wake up and slay mode has appeared to rub off on my mum because she was adamant that we shoot as much as possible. This explains why our luggage was marked as heavy and we had to move clothing and cosmetics from one bag to another. (Shoot life is a mad life).

It’s already busy now and I haven’t even MADE it yet. I have a few brands reaching out but overall I’m still a beginner in this fashion blogging life. But, saying that; I’m proud as I’ve been receiving a great amount of positive feedback on my work and my output and I guess it’s impacting my mum too as she wants to keep raising the bar too.

I’ve finally found something I REALLY enjoy and as much as it’s not easy because trust me folks, it looks easy to pose and take dope pictures but there is so much to it. The more I blog, the more I see the challenges. But with anything, if you enjoy it and you really believe you can make something of it, you need to keep going, not matter what may be happening in the background. Just go for it, do you and don’t by any means compare what you do, your style or your dopeness to anyone else.

We were staying in San Giljan, a beautiful area of Malta. Our hotel was situated right next to the sea and offered endless miles of the deepest and darkest blue you could ever imagine. I’m so tempted to go into great detail on this but I’m saving that for my review of the hotel and my trip in the travel section so let’s take a moment to look at my figure hugging dress from one of my favourite South London based boutiques Aytas.

Their clothing are affordable and on-trend and always fit my body perfectly. I wish they were more active on social media however, if you’re London based, or you’re like me and are willing to travel for top quality outfits and accessories at amazing prices then you must visit the boutique based in Camberwell, South London.

The backdrop for this beautiful dress helped make the final images POP. I felt sexy and confident and really feel I did this little number justice. Does it look like it only cost £8.99!! I will be penning a post soon on how to look expensive on a budget.

I teamed the look and most of the others I shot with my beautiful perspex heels from Ego Official. I also focused in on the red detailing along the centre of the dress with red tassel earrings which are definitely accessories you need to invest in this season. I grabbed four or five tassel earrings in different colours.

The images came out perfect and as always are unedited, just me, the camera, my mum and a deep blue beautiful sea. I can’t wait to share the rest of the looks with you all.

Happy Sunday. x

Sasha Shantel X Love Leggings #LiveInLove

I hadn’t heard of this brand before they reached out to me for a collaboration. But I can honestly say that I was missing out as I have never worn a pair of jeans so comfortable; and I mean NEVER! I practically shot this look then returned home and wore it at home too. That’s the kind of comfortable I am referring to.

Orange Is The Colour

I’ve never ever purchased an orange blazer before. In fact; I don’t really own much orange clothing. But there is something really amazing about this orange blazer. I have your typical black and blue blazers, I also own yellow and green blazers, but nothing beats my new fave. I had already planned my all white ensemble and knew that the blazer would make it a LOOK. But, I honestly was not ready for this.

Stunting In My Green Shein Suit

Don’t I honestly look like a Jazz musician in this suit? lol; but I absolutely love it! I really wanted to try something a LOT different from my norm. Fashion is about pushing boundaries and not always sticking to your comfort zone. This suit couldn’t be further from my comfort zone. A bright green, not tight fitting suit teamed with big black boots. I never felt so free in this easy and effortless look.
