I have always kept my eye on the latest trends and when certain looks come into season but I’ve never been a slave to it. What I mean by that is that some people do become quite consumed by the entire thing and will completely change their wardrobe every time a new look comes into trend. Now of course, if you’re able to do this. Then who am I to judge, do what suits you. But, I really enjoy the idea of wearing what I feel, when I feel and making it work for me.

There was a time when I used to associate floral print with grannies! (I know pretty cheeky) and I steered away from it for most of my 20’s. However, as I moved into my 30’s I started to gain a newfound appreciation for the print and the different ways it can be worn. Since my epiphany moment I have since acquired a number of floral print items including bags and jackets.

It was while I was shopping in my favourite market Roman Road in East London that I saw this amazing dress. Markets are a great place to pick up online fashion and high street stores at a reasonable price. This dress is from Missguided but I was able to pick it up for £10. (Yes guys, you read that right!). And honestly, in no shape or form does this look like it cost that little. The stares I received when walking around in this stunning dress around Greenwich was out of this world. Shooting in Greenwich was also a great idea too. I was lucky enough to study for 3 years at Greenwich University and take in these picturesque sites everyday so being able to shoot a blog post there with one of my best #mylookmyway posts made the entire set up complete. This dress is no longer available but I’ve linked others for you all to choose from.

These heels were an absolute gem and for £10 from Primark I really should have snapped up a few more colours.  As the dress was pretty low cut, I added my harness underneath which really took it up a notch and made it that more sassy! It cost me £2.50 from Ebay.  My red tassel earrings are from Roman Road again and was only £1. My Perspex clutch is also from Ebay and was £6.99. All of these items can be found on Ebay if you search them as key word.

Once again, I’ve proven you can look classy and expensive without breaking the bank. 🙂 What do you think of my look? I would love your feedback.

Sasha Shantel X Love Leggings #LiveInLove

I hadn’t heard of this brand before they reached out to me for a collaboration. But I can honestly say that I was missing out as I have never worn a pair of jeans so comfortable; and I mean NEVER! I practically shot this look then returned home and wore it at home too. That’s the kind of comfortable I am referring to.

Orange Is The Colour

I’ve never ever purchased an orange blazer before. In fact; I don’t really own much orange clothing. But there is something really amazing about this orange blazer. I have your typical black and blue blazers, I also own yellow and green blazers, but nothing beats my new fave. I had already planned my all white ensemble and knew that the blazer would make it a LOOK. But, I honestly was not ready for this.

Stunting In My Green Shein Suit

Don’t I honestly look like a Jazz musician in this suit? lol; but I absolutely love it! I really wanted to try something a LOT different from my norm. Fashion is about pushing boundaries and not always sticking to your comfort zone. This suit couldn’t be further from my comfort zone. A bright green, not tight fitting suit teamed with big black boots. I never felt so free in this easy and effortless look.
