Guys they say it takes 21 days for an activity or action you complete over this period to become a habit and a part of daily life. Having committed to a number of things for 21 days and then forgetting about them a few days later ( I know I am not the only one!) I can't really say that this has always been true for me. However, of late I have really sacrificed my self care as I work on rebranding who I am as a coach and defining my brand Women Who Slay.
I know. It's been over two months since I committed myself to coming on here and writing a post. This time around though; the delay hasn't been caused by my not being interested, or motivated. In fact I've had a massive amount of both of those things recently. It's more because my life is more busy now than it was before lock down.
