Celebrating Another Year – Afternoon Tea at Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel

was going to name this post “Levelling Up” as this is what always comes to mind when I go to afternoon tea. I love the feeling it brings and it reminds me of why I keep pushing and working on this blog and my other ventures. What it would be like to go to afternoon tea whenever I wanted and to review various swanky hotels and seeing what they have to offer. I am blessed with the fact that I ran my own online magazine for 8 years which afforded me the luxury of reviewing ALOT of different afternoon tea venues. Yet, that was then and this is now and I really want to take sashashantel.com to next level and to review more venues like these.

#GetBaking | Vegan Raspberry and Almond Gluten Free Muffins from Stem & Glory

I’m pretty lucky to get the chance to collaborate and share my platform with some amazing and reputable individuals and brands. I know my lovelies you must be aware by now that Sasha cannot bake! However, that doesn’t mean I cannot get the experts in to offer some healthier alternatives to some of my baking favourites.

#GetBaking | Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe

This is a really simple and delicious large cake that can be served in many different ways. You could make a large rectangular cake with a layer of ganache on top. You could also make a double layer round cake with buttercream inside and ganache on top. We have made it into a vegan black forest gateau, and it’s the perfect cake for a kids’ party 🙂
