It’s fair to say that regularly having a full night of quality rest is so important for countless different aspects of your life.
However, it can often seem really hard to achieve this, especially if you are suffering from high levels of stress or anxiety. Lack of sleep can lead to bad memory, shortened attention span, and overall a worse quality of life amongst other things, so there’s no time like the present to make a few positive changes so that you can sleep better.
Hey guys, you wouldn’t guess what?? Your girl has Covid19 and I have been battling it for nearly two weeks. The worst thing about this was the fact that prior to becoming unwell, I had just successfully ventured back into my morning exercise and was really ready to begin toning up and sculpting my body. (Because summer bodies are made in the Autumn/Winter period!) So you can imagine; I am feeling pretty crappy that I haven’t been able to get up and exercise for quite a while now. What’s worse; and believe me, it can get much worse.
Guys, I have developed a major love for perfumes and have quite an extensive collection so I have decided to share my scent of the week on Sashashantel.com. I have also been coming up with a few additional sections that I will be introducing shortly including: The Luxe List- my compilations of my top picks from high end/ high fashion brands and Fashion Focus- Sharing my views on celebrity fashion collaborations with the leading Fast fashion brands. Sashashantel.com is expanding and I am really excited about where I will be taking this site over the coming months.
Could this be my most favourite look to date? This may sound like quite a massive statement but this is a look that I honestly feel I nailed. If you consider the fact that I was going to team this gorgeous dress with yellow shoes and accessories to begin with; then half-way deciding to switch it up with orange and just like that an epic colour combo was created.
Hey my loves, so I’ve decided to share my YouTube Videos on my blog from now on as I start to really focus my attention of developing my persona on Youtube for both my blogging and for my Life coaching brand Women Who Slay. If you follow me on Instagram (and I expect you must be by now if you keep up with my blog!) you will know that I absolutely love clothing from Shein. It’s the style and the affordability factor for me and with the rising cost of living, I still want to be able to treat myself to some new fits and right now, Shein compared with its competitors are simply giving me all the necessary feels.
I’ve said it before and I’ll happily say it again. I love Ideal of Sweden phone covers and accessories. Not only do I respect this quality brand for working with me time and time again. But, what I appreciate more is the quality of the their phone covers. They represent ‘affordable luxury’, producing quality products for your phones, laptops and tablets that are top quality but not to expensive. Their covers are also very stylish and ooze class and sophistication.
How has it been over a month since I graced my blog with a fashion post? I have to remind myself guys that outside of trying to keep up with social media; because that is a feat in its self. I am a blogger first and a proud blogger at that. I also have to often remind myself that there are many people who do read my posts. Maybe it’s because they don’t physically leave comments that leads me to think that no-one is there. However, once I have conversations with people, I learn that they do check and read my blog OFTEN. Also, the stats don’t lie. I’ve built something pretty cool here and no matter all the curve balls life keeps throwing my way; I have an obligation to keep coming onto my happy space and sharing the aspects of my life that make me feel happy and more complete.
