I don’t know about you guys but I’m really thankful for the Summer we ‘re having. I still find it absolutely ridiculous when I hear people complain about how hot it is. The sun makes me feel alive and I find that no matter how stressed I may be feeling or whatever I’m dealing with; waking up and seeing the sunshine really makes a difference.
I am absolutely loving Primark at the moment as it’s taking care of my fashion staples and making my day to day dressing that more easier. This summer dress isn’t something I would normally gravitate to on a day to day as it would be more suited to a fashion piece I would wear on holiday.
Nonetheless, while on the search for a new location to shoot at; to help switch things up a little bit. I knew that this dress would fit perfectly with the setting.
I love the floaty material and the colour and I feel the gladiator sandals (also from Primark) complimented my look perfectly. The day was a hot one and was a fitting day for shooting. I actually shot three looks on this day and if I could, I would have spent the entire day there.
I honestly could have been anywhere but believe it or not, I was actually in Greenwich!
I remember last year, Summer was pretty much a washout and I struggled to schedule days to shoot new looks. Now I’m spoilt for choice and I’m excited as I type this as I’m spending a lot more time on my blog and as a result, I’m going to be putting out a lot more content too.
I have ventured into Primark a number of times over the last few months and have gathered a number of pieces which I’m aiming to shoot in different locations over the coming months.
This entire outfit only set me back £20 and I feel I, once again made an affordable look, appear more expensive and put together. What do you guys think? yay or nay? and are you finding Primark is ticking all the right boxes for you this summer?
I almost forgot to mention these cool shades; which have appeared in many a blog post are gorgeous and are from H&M costing on £4.99. Generally speaking, I tend to buy most of my shades from H&M or markets and although they are cheap, they all last a very long time.
