Recently after radio I headed down to the park with my beautiful mum to just talk and chill out and of course take a few quick snaps of my outfit of the day. Thrown together quite quickly; I was very happy with the sophisticated look I had created. As you all should know by now, I am a firm believer that looking good doesn’t and shouldn’t break the bank which is even more cause to celebrate as this #OOTD is very affordable and still drew a vast amount of attention (all positive of course).
Paying homage the affordable high street chain Primark. My Jade green blazer was bought recently in the Primark sale section for (£10.00) it is the colour which made the entire outfit pop and is so vibrant. I also loved the white interior. I paired this with black jeans also from Primark priced (£12.00) Primark boots (£15.00) my Primark bag with gold detailing. When I saw this bag I screamed; it was so classy and stylish and was a must buy item; however luckily I didn’t have to buy it as my friend picked it up for me instead 🙂 (lucky girl) I love the way the bag; which completely complimented the look isn’t too big and can be carried in both the day and night. Priced (£10.00)
My jumper/shirt which is quite simply a jumper material on the front but a shirt material on the back is another fantastic purchase from Primark at a very affordable (£12.00) I absolutely love the long length of the top which makes it perfect when pairing with leggings or jeans.
To complete my look, I actually wore my hair back; which is very rare for me as I tend to opt for a high bun most days. It was pretty chilly on the day so I popped on my favourite black gloves with gold detailing. Priced (£7.00)
In terms of accessories, my cross shape earrings in gold are from Primark priced (£4.00), my necklace is an oldie from New Look (£5.00) and my favourite River Island gold plated watch, which was a gift from my best friend cost (£25.00)
I loved this look which I would say simply captured my idea of casual chic. What do you think?
