I am only now really beginning to enjoy attending fashion shows. I believe this is solely down to the fact that I have launched my personal site again and need content! But on a serious note; the shows I attend have to be different in some capacity or I just won’t bother. Therefore, you can imagine how happy I was to find out about Edge London, a fashion trade show which exhibits cutting edge and alternative fashion (imagine goth style, 50’s vintage) style with a significant difference.
The Edge London show took place at my favourite exhibition centre in London, Olympia and was my favourite show above all the others I have attended at that venue (which mind you is a LOT) look out for my review of the event, short video, additional images and write up on In-spire LS, the short video I filmed will also go up on my blog 🙂
In other news, while leaving, it made sense to capture my amazing coat which I have mentioned only cost £19.00( I love a bargain and even more so, I love sharing my finds with others)
When I like something, I really do take it to another level and since it was so affordable I ended up purchasing 3, in black, grey and this light brown shade which appears grey but really isn’t! Either way, the love I get when I wear this coat is always nice and I love the way I look in it. The love continues, I wonder when I will get bored… at the minute, that appears unlikely.
I paired my favourite coat with a black jumper from New Look which was £13.00, black suede pointy over the knee boots from Primark and black Jeans from H&M. I do love my high-street stores for a young fashion conscious women like me; particularly one on a budget; I love fashion items that not only look good but are affordable too!
