I honestly am loving the mild Autumn weather right now and have absolutely no complaints it. I actually drove with my windows wide open today and just enjoyed the breeze hitting my face. It’s the simple things. 🙂
Even before camouflage returned to the catwalk and was worn by some of your favourite celebrities, youtubers and influencers your girl was camo obsessed. I currently own two camouflage trousers, two camo jackets, a camo dress and a camo cap and to be honest I’m not finished there. The print just works and it can be combined with so many colours. I love camouflage and orange, yellow, red and of course black. It’s surprising how many ways it can be styled.
It is also very versatile print in the sense that it can be both dressy and casual. I love wearing camouflage with heels but it works just as well with trainers.
The past few months have been major for brand collaborations and considering that I’m a micro fashion influencer I am very thankful for the opportunity.
I recently teamed up with the online discount fashion brand Max5Pound to style two pieces from their current collection. After seeing this camouflage top, the choice was easy.
I experimented slightly when styling this top and in a similar way to matching two tone denim, I decided to team two different types of camo together and I love the final result. When it comes to fashion and honing your personal style, sometimes it’s necessary to play around with prints and to not always play it safe.
FASHION TIP: I tend to buy boots in the summer so I can massive savings. I grabbed these lush faux suede knee-high boots from Primark for £5 and they fit perfectly and go with almost everything in my current wardrobe.
My camouflage jacket is an oldie that I purchased 2 years ago from an Irish online retailer whose name has evaded me now but you can shop an even doper version via EBAY HERE.
The skirt was also purchased last year from Primark, for £8 and this season, Primark have not failed in delivering a brand new line of stylish and Autumnal shades include burnt orange and of course leopard print. They also have a wide array of skirts on sale ranging from £4-12.
What in the world would I do without tassels? This very one has appeared in the blog a few times, but can you blame me? It cost me £150 from H&M and is made from real leather and suede. This was purchased over 5 years ago and is in impeccable condition. I love the way it changes the entire vibe of the overall look.
