The most affected people by the lockdown regulations are those who stay alone. It gets even more challenging if you have to work from home, which means you spend 90% of your time alone. Even with the less strict physical distancing rules, which make it possible to venture out more often, you still have to mind your health and avoid crowded places or social gatherings. It means spending most of the time alone.
Life can be hard, but it can also be a lot of fun. But it won’t be fun or rewarding if you are doing things in your life that you don’t want to even do. Being someone that is hesitant, passive, or even shy, can lead to many missed opportunities and not checking off the goals on your list. Progress is made when people are bold. If you think about someone that you admire, then think about why and how they got to where they are in their life right now. Were they bold and want to go out and get what they wanted, or did they just wait for an opportunity to come to them?
That takes me onto the subject of this post. As much as I love being in my 30's and I honestly do mean that. I have found that on my numerous hours of reflections (and I mean numerous hours!)
