Now as many of you may remember from my Instagram profile,  I said that I was going to film a vlog to chart my hair journey using the Hairfinity capsules.  However, I have to say now that I couldn’t remain true to my word as I didn’t find the tablets worked the ‘wonders’ it has done for thousands of women around the world.

Firstly, let me point out that this is not down to the capsules not being good. On the contrary; my hair didn’t break any more or shed due my taking them and in fact I can say that my hair continued to grow well and grew at least an additional 2 inches in only one month of using them.

My main issue comes from the fact that some time before taking Hairfinity, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and as a result of this I could barely stay awake and had black circles under my eyes. I spent a vast amount of time adapting my diet and adding additional supplements to help me get back to my best.  However, what I found taking Hairfinity was that my energy levels depleted. Although, my hair was growing, I was absolutely exhausted and by 6pm would find myself slung over my bed like a drunk person (not at all funny) this continued for weeks before I drew a definitive link to between my taking the tablets and the depletion of my energy.

Before I had commenced my ‘hair journey’ with Hairfinity, I had been taking Perfectil a supplement which aids the growth and regeneration of your skin, hair and nails. Although, much cheaper; I found that my nails more than anything else thrived and I will now be returning back to taking those instead. I have seen their benefits for all three of these areas and I highly recommend that you buy this if you too haven’t been totally satisfied with Hairfinity.

I also noticed that as much as my hair was growing (in this case, it does exactly what it says on the bottle) My hair was becoming increasingly DRY and when I say dry I mean DRY like dry hay DRY. It was crispy as if I never ever cared for it.  Definitely not a good look! It appears that more than anything, my body was being drained of the necessary and essential levels of vitamin c. I could see the benefits but couldn’t continue as I would probably have been confined to my bed. Let’s keep in mind that this was only 3 weeks in and shockingly, once I had completely stopped taking them. My energy levels automatically and instantly improved.

The truth is though, we are all different and there really is no denying that different supplements work in different ways for different people. One thing I will say is that I was advised numerous times by people around me that I would need to drink at least 2 litres a day.  I for one believe this to be true as I needed every single millilitere of water as this helped with my increased fatigue.

Hairfinity unquestionably works and if you haven’t suffered from Chronic Fatigue like me, you may find that it works wonders for you. If you are still interested in taking up the Hairfinity challenge read the necessary info bits below and visit their official website HERE

One thing extra that I must add is that Hairfinity capsules are quite expensive, I bought mine directly online from their store for just over £35.00 for 60 capsules. However, I can honestly say that although the results may be SLOWER Perfectil gave me similar results without the fatigue or hefty cost.
